The Ontario Hypnosis Centre is located at Suite 310, 94 Cumberland Street, (Bay and Bloor) in Toronto with easy access from the subway.

Dr. Poole's has a variety of office hours at the Isle of Avalon and at the Ontario Hypnosis Centre. Hours may vary depending on her teaching schedule.
Monday: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. -- Isle of Avalon, Pickering Village, Ajax
Tuesday: 11 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. -- Ontario Hypnosis Centre, Yorkville, Toronto
Wednesday: Limited office hours, by special appointment only, at the Isle of Avalon or OHC
Thursday: 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.-- Isle of Avalon, Pickering Village, Ajax
Friday: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. -- Isle of Avalon, Pickering Village, Ajax
Saturday: 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. -- currently only at the Isle of Avalon, Pickering Village, Ajax. Office hours at the Ontario Hypnosis Centre, Yorkville, Toronto will be available in late spring.
